In season 2025, we were ready with a completely new pool area. Previously, the pool was simply a walled hole in the ground with clean water. In most seasons, the temperature has not been above 20 degrees - even on the good summer days.
Now the water is 25 degrees already in May.
Instead of adding lots of energy for heating, we have instead chosen to build a cover over the pool. A cover that, just like a greenhouse, attracts the sun and retains the heat.
With the new cover, we can also open the pool for use earlier than before and we can leave it open longer than we could before.
So now you get a warm experience in our pool from the beginning of May to the end of September - even on the cold days.

Blokhus By Camping is located just inside the city limits of Blokhus. When you have arrived, you can safely leave the car, because it is only 50 m to the forest with its many paths, running routes, MTB route and large nature playground as well as picnic and bonfire areas.
In the forest you will also find acess to Hærvejen, Vestkystruten, The North Sea Trail, National route 1 and some of the Panorama routes.
If you prefer the beach, it is a 1 kilometer walk directly through the town.
