The Danish Travel Show, PATA, and Billund Airport invites you to a targeted B2B session, where Danish and international travel industry professionals can meet for structured 1:1 speed meetings.You choose which exhibitors you want to meet via an online platform – no wasted time, only relevant contacts.
You are welcome to bring several representatives from the same agency, but visitors are expected to be decision-makers in the company, such as product managers, agency owners, purchasing managers, or CEOs.
All you need to do is register in advance and pre-book one or more meetings through our Danish Travel Connect online registration platform.

A no-show fee of 300 DKK will be charged to all registered B2B participants who fail to attend.
We have now closed down the registration, for buyers looking to register for Danish Travel Connect.

Danish Travel Connect is a cooperation between The Danish Travel Show, PATA and Billund Airport, and it is free for exhibitors at the Danish Travel Show. Each exhibitor can participate with up to two representatives, and we will take care of all practical arrangements. All you need to do as an exhibitor is register for the event.
We will then create your profile on a matchmaking platform, where B2B companies can book 15-minute meetings with you. Once all exhibitors for Danish Travel Connect are confirmed, registration will open for visiting B2B guests. We will keep you updated on which companies books meetings at your table.
Even if you are not exhibiting at the fair, you can still purchase a table at Danish Travel Connect, where industry professionals can book meetings with you. The price for this is DKK 3,000.

For the camping industry, there will also be an opportunity to join a cozy networking event on Friday after the fair closes. Food and drinks will be served, along with live music for participants from the camping sector — and all industry professionals are welcome. Organized by MCH in collaboration with Camping Outdoor Denmark.

Join the official opening of the Ferie for Alle trade fair before the doors open to the public. The official opening is open to all exhibitors and industry professionals who wish to attend.

As tradition dictates, Ferie for Alle is hosting a festive celebration for all exhibitors. Ferie for Alle 2026 deserves to be marked with a spectacular party!
