The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is traditionally known for its history and its cosmopolitan outlook. But Bremen is also the tenth-largest city in Germany, a European center for aerospace, a city of science and home to the Überseestadt district.
Bremerhaven is the largest city on the German North Sea coast and delights with its maritime flair. In the Havenwelten tourism area, exciting award-winning attractions like the German Emigration Center and the Climate Experience Center are located door on door, large and small ships line the quays, enjoy a stroll along the dyke promenade and take in the sea breeze.
