Look forward to a festive premiere evening with delicious shellfish dishes and dessert - prepared by Rasmus Overgaard Kardyb from Restaurant Limfjordens Hus. Enjoy the long tables while you experience the finals of the Danish Championship in Oyster Opening and Champagne Sabering. The atmosphere is festive with live music as we celebrate the new Danish champions. The bar is of course open.

The Limfjord of Denmark boasts of some of the finest shellfish in Europe. It is a day of celebration on Mors when we celebrate the oysters and mussels from the Limfjord.
The Shallfish Capital of Denmark, Nykøbing Mors, still has an active fishing fleet and this is home of the main processing industry in Denmark and the Danish Shellfish Centre.
