Britt Kümpel
Travel Specialist
Britt has worked in the travel industry since 1990, after returning home from a year as an au pair in Washington D.C. She has family in Tampa, Florida, and therefore has extensive knowledge of this area, as well as experience from self-drive holidays throughout Florida. She has explored the West Coast both by car and camper, visiting many of the classic destinations and national parks. Britt has also been to New York, Boston, Cape Cod, and traveled along the coast up to Rockport. She has visited friends in Louisville, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia. The Southern states have been explored through study trips, including destinations such as New Orleans, Nashville, Memphis, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Atlanta. She has also vacationed at Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Britt has been on two Caribbean cruises — a short cruise to the Bahamas and a 7-day cruise visiting St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and the Bahamas. Most recently, she visited the ABC Islands with her family, where they enjoyed the many beautiful beaches of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.

Nicolai Hjorth
Sales Manager
Nicolai is the daily sales manager at USA Rejser. He has visited the United States more than 90 times and loves traveling around the country, experiencing its culture and diversity. He has visited 44 of America’s 50 states, giving him extensive knowledge of most of the U.S. One of Nicolai’s favorite cities is Boston — partly because of its rich American history, but perhaps also because he is a huge NFL New England Patriots fan. Nicolai has traveled with his family to the Caribbean many times, especially to the ABC Islands — Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao — which hold a special place in his heart. The most recent islands Nicolai has visited are Barbados, St. Martin, and St. Lucia, which can easily be combined with trips to the U.S. or other Caribbean destinations. Most recently, Nicolai drove from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas, visiting many national parks along the way, including Arches National Park and Bryce Canyon.

Christian has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and began his career as a tour guide for SPIES Rejser. Alongside his work in the travel business, he has completed several related educational programs, including a Service Management degree specializing in tourism, International Marketing, Neuro-Marketing, and various additional courses. He has always had a special fondness for the United States ever since his first visit to Florida back in 1991, and he has since returned to the state more than 25 times. Over the years, he has taken numerous road trips across the U.S., both by car and motorhome. Island hopping in Hawaii and train journeys through Alaska have been among his most breathtaking and unforgettable experiences. Many of his business trips to the U.S. have taken him through several southern states as well as the wild Midwest, including North & South Carolina and North & South Dakota. Major cities such as New York, Boston, Washington, and Philadelphia are often on his itinerary in the autumn — when the colors are stunning — and again before Christmas, when there’s still time to pick up those last holiday gifts.
