Fjord Line was founded in 1993 and annualy transports more than 1.4 million passengers between Hirtshals in Denmark and Kristiansand, Stavanger and Bergen in Norway, as well as domestically between the three Norwegian ports.

The ferry company offers both ferry crossings (with or without car, motorhome, caravan, or motorcycle) as well as package tours and mini cruises.
