Balchik Classic Days International Festival rangerer blandt de mest prestigefyldte begivenheder i landet og tiltrækker kunstnere fra hele verden og et mangfoldigt publikum.
Under festivalen, inden for syv dage, spiller førende musikere fra hele Europa på den åbne scene "Møllen" ved havet. Denne begivenhed er en slags kulmination på en række kunstneriske begivenheder ved havet, som samler flere og flere beundrere. Festivalen er under protektion af Balchik Kommune.

Balchik Municipality is a land marked by culture, ethnicities and
the religions of seven civilizations. The city of Balchik is a unique place-
combined and jealously preserved to this day testimonies of
the existence of our ancestors from time immemorial. Monuments of
prehistoric, Thracian, Hellenic, Roman,
the Byzantine, Bulgarian-Slavic and Ottoman civilizations
today they give reason for this blessed territory to be
called "Land of Seven Civilizations".
