The journey also includes a visit to Snæfellsnes, a peninsula that encompasses a variety of Iceland's natural landscapes. At the tip of the peninsula, you'll find lush meadows, bird-rich lakes, dramatic mountains, and picturesque fjords. Snæfellsjökull, the majestic glacier and volcano, rises almost 1,500 meters above the landscape, adding an extra dimension of mystery and beauty.
This journey focuses on hiking and provides the opportunity to experience Iceland's wild and varied nature up close. The trip doesn't require intense physical exertion, but guests should be in average physical condition, able to walk up to the third floor of a building without difficulty.
