With our Smart Living concept, 5 families share ownership of one luxury home on the Costa del Sol. You pay one fifth of the purchase price, save 80% on running costs and get a minimum of 10 weeks per year. You own your share through a Danish company and can sell it again at market value. It's not timeshare – it's real ownership.

We buy the properties ourselves before finding the five families. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and legal advisory, we examine everything from price comparisons to local planning regulations. We only sell properties we would own ourselves.
